Lease renewal flyer

I planned a summer camp themed resident event with my colleague to be held at one of our properties. I was responsible for creating the flyers/social media posts, email blasts and Eventbrite page. We only promoted the event for 2.5 weeks and it was the most attended resident event to date.

Below is the design for a prospect handout I proposed for our Scott's Addition properties. We also had this blown up on canvas and hung it up in the two Scott's Addition leasing offices. Punch Design created the map, and I recommended which places to highlight in the area.

Below is an example of a flyer for prospects to take home following a tour. I had it printed on card stock, front and back.

Below is an amenities landing page for a property website. I wrote the narrative and took the photo. I also chose the colors for the property as it was a new construction when I started at this company.

Below is a virtual tour I created for one of our apartment buildings. I also staged the unit with a budget of >$300 using materials from other properties and my own home.

Below is one of the murals by Richmond muralist, The Night Owl, at our newest property. My idea behind having him create the mural is that it would likely be posted on social media and possibly mentioned in online articles. The murals are not complete, but have been posted several times so far across Instagram by people around Richmond. As of February 2020, one was also mentioned in an online article about Richmond street art.
